Job Title: Middleware Expert
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Middleware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and stability of our middleware services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support for global production service operations
Ensure service reliability, availability, and stability of assigned scopes
Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within SLAs
Collaborate with development, project, and business teams on technical deliverables
Drive continuous improvements through automation and performance optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in middleware technologies
  • Strong knowledge of WebSphere, JBoss, WildFly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka
  • Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows
  • Experience with monitoring and analytics tools, scripting languages, and ITIL service management
