Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marina Admin Assistant to join our team at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our Marina Executive and Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our marina facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marina Executive and Manager, including data entry, clerical tasks, and maintaining records.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating book-keeping procedures, including inventory management and payroll processing.
- Maintain and distribute personnel documents, including employee records and benefits information.
- Responsible for mail distribution and ordering office supplies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Friendly and service-oriented personality.
- Good English communication skills.
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment:
Our marina facilities are located at West Coast Ferry Road, with company transport provided from Clementi MRT Station. Meals are also provided.
