The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in related product categories and knowledge of the U.S. retail industry/sourcing industry.

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations, including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow-up. He/she will be responsible for trade terms negotiation and vendor set up, on-time shipment & Critical Path management.

The successful candidate will have a degree holder highly preferred and familiar with regulatory requirements for the U.S. market. He/she must also be willing to take new challenges and new product categories.

The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the QA, Supply chain, and packaging teams to ensure that programs are delivered as per schedule.
