The Senior Assistant Manager, Building & Facilities Management will oversee the efficient, safe, and smooth operation of the school's facilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining and overseeing all building systems, infrastructure, and essential services to ensure uninterrupted school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee all building systems, infrastructure, and essential services to ensure uninterrupted school operations.
Plan and prepare labs, offices, and other facilities to meet academic, research, and operational needs.
Ensure that labs are fully equipped, prepared, and compliant for incoming faculty and academic programs.
Manage the timely removal of obsolete equipment and hazardous materials in line with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Coordinate with faculty, staff, students, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and alignment of priorities.
Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and service providers to achieve cost efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, property, or operations management, preferably in an academic, research, or laboratory environment.
