Senior Air Freight Export Coordinator Job Description

Job Title: Senior Air Freight Export Coordinator

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to coordinate with our team to manage and execute air export operations efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and arrange cargo collection from shippers.
  • Perform booking and optimization, document preparation, and traffic coordination for export shipments efficiently.
  • Prepare, control, and distribute export documents to counterparts, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor shipment status, resolve incidents, and update internal and external parties.
  • Maintain excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate vendor pickups/transfers, send documents, and accrue costs in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics Management/Supply Chain/Business Management.
  • 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, with knowledge of Air Export business and documentation.
  • High initiative, good communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
