**Export Operations Coordinator Role**

As an Export Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless air export and import processes. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all aspects of shipments, including rating, booking, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate the entire export process from start to finish, ensuring timely processing and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and review export permit declarations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with shippers, consignees, airlines, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shipment process.
  • Verify cargo details, such as weight, dimensions, commercial invoice, and packing list, to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage DG cargo declarations and liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure packaging meets regulatory standards.
  • Proactively manage air shipment space booking and arrange pickup services to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure timely closing of MAWB, distribution of cargo, and acceptance by the terminal.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the shipment process.


**Requirements:**
  • 1-3 years of experience in Air Export/Import Operations or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within air freight logistics.
  • Solid understanding of air freight operations, including rating, booking, and customer service.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
