This role requires a deep understanding of regional financial management, performance, and governance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of financial leadership, strategic advisory skills, and the ability to inspire and manage finance teams across regions.

The successful candidate will lead the financial planning and analysis process, collaborate closely with the APAC leadership team, and drive profitability, optimize financial processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Developing and implementing regional financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Liaising with the APAC leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial performance.
  3. Providing financial guidance and support to regional business leaders to inform decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally within B2B distribution industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
