This role oversees the management of project costs, schedules, and contracts for capital projects globally. The successful candidate will coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and provide project level and portfolio level reports to support strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction project controls, cost control, scheduling, and estimating. They should also have a strong understanding of software applications such as Primavera P6, estimation software like Timberline, and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management is required. Additionally, the candidate should have a good understanding of all types of estimating from conceptual through definitive construction estimates.
