We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team at The Dollar Shop Singapore PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in Chinese restaurants, preferably with experience in hot pot restaurants. Additionally, they should have more than 1 year of management experience in Chinese restaurants or well-known chain food and beverage brands.

A strong understanding of local food and beverage laws and regulations is also required. Proficiency in both Chinese and English speaking and writing is necessary, as well as expertise in office software such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT, PDF, EMAIL, and other relevant tools.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. They should be able to handle customer complaints with ease and demonstrate quick adaptability, meticulous thinking, and good judgment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily restaurant operations, including employee training and assessment to ensure high-quality service. They will also be responsible for maintaining the company's dress code requirements, organizing employee meetings and activities, and establishing relationships with customers.

In this role, you will be expected to conduct Four-Color Cards assessments to maintain high-quality restaurant operations, manage examples of excellent performance, and lead FOH staff during their shifts. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees, handling resignations and terminations, and participating in internal training and job rotations to enhance your management and job skills.
