Job Title: Site Architecture Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Architecture Lead to oversee construction activities on our LTA projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist and report to the Resident Engineer (RE) and Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) to monitor all site activities, including near-misses, and report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
  2. Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessments, and specifications.
  3. Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies and that contractors and subcontractors comply with client's safety requirements and safety checklists are followed.
  4. Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based on project requirements.
  5. Manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and monitor adherence to construction schedules.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of architectural experience with a recognised Diploma in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
  • Good knowledge and well-versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PR and Singaporean status.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Construction Management, and Microsoft Excel.
