Role & Responsibilities

You will:


• Liaise and coordinate with external consultants and client teams to ensure delivery of design intent.


• Prepare tender documents, specifications, and submission plans.


• Assist and support the office across architectural and interior projects.


• Liaise with government authorities on project execution and delivery.


• Carry out Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing.


• Monitor progress through site inspections and resolve construction issues proactively.


• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes.

Skills & Expertise We Value


• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, e-Corenet submission system, and contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC).
• Strong detailing capability and technical knowledge of construction practices.


• Competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, plus rendering/graphics software.


• Ability to translate ideas into drawings, 3D models, and presentations.


• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently or in a small team.
• Strong design portfolio covering residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial projects is preferred.

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design from a recognized university.


• –2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore (recent grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
