**Project Coordinator Role**

  • Cultivate project success by executing meticulous planning, sourcing materials, controlling costs, overseeing site supervision and document management.
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders, project managers, and engineers to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
  • Lead all on-site architectural activities, monitor progress, and guarantee adherence to local regulations and project requirements.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with local regulations and project standards.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders and coordinate site efforts.
  • Regularly inspect sites to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements**

  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, as well as familiarity with local quality standards.
  • Experience in R&I inspection procedures and documentation is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
