**Job Title:** Fitness Program Director

About the Role:

This dynamic position oversees daily gym operations, ensuring a smooth running of programs, classes, and activities. As a key member of our team, you will supervise and motivate a group of coaches and staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will actively coach and mentor students in ninja warrior, parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, and fitness training, guiding them through physical challenges and helping them improve their skills and confidence.

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills who can work closely with coaches to create and develop weekly lesson plans that align with curriculum goals. Experience in managing booking systems, financial systems, inventory management, and manpower scheduling is essential for this role.

This exciting opportunity also involves providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with parents and students, and handling any inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily gym operations to ensure smooth running of programs, classes, and activities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of coaches and staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Coaching: Actively coach and mentor students in ninja warrior, parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, and fitness training.
  • Lesson Plan Development: Work closely with coaches to create and develop weekly lesson plans that align with curriculum goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with parents and students, and handling any inquiries or concerns.
  • Administrative Collaboration: Work with administrative staff to manage booking systems, financial systems, inventory management, and manpower scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gym or fitness center management, preferably in a similar role within a children's fitness or sports academy.
  • Knowledge of parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, or fitness training is a must.
  • Experience in coaching children, with a focus on fitness, agility, and strength-based training is a must.
  • Strong experience in collaborating with coaches to develop structured, engaging weekly lesson plans.
  • Attention to detail and experience with administrative tasks, including managing booking systems, financial systems, inventory management, and manpower scheduling.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
