Freelance HR Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Consultant to join our network of freelance consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality human resource (HR) solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering consultancy projects in areas such as HR Strategy, Organisation Design, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management Frameworks, Total Rewards, and Competency Framework Development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality consultancy projects to meet client needs
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results
  • Lead and support delivery of consultancy projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading and/or delivering relevant consultancy projects for major organisations or government agencies
  • Proven experience in delivering consultancy projects in areas such as HR Strategy, Organisation Design, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management Frameworks, Total Rewards, and Competency Framework Development
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Good-to-have: Possession of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification or equivalent professional HR certification
