We're a payroll outsourcing company seeking a dedicated freelance expert to deliver exceptional HR and payroll services to our clients.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with precision, staying updated on MOM regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and other essential HR services.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing solutions and guidance to keep things running smoothly.
  • Ensure all HR practices align with Singapore's employment laws and statutory requirements.

This role offers flexibility, ideal for freelancers, working mothers, caregivers, semi-retirees, and professionals with deep experience across HR functions and not looking for a full-time role.

You will have excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of HR software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
