Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of our high-end equipment. This includes handling service calls, delivering equipment to customers, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all service activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in customer service, and able to represent the company in a professional manner.

Main Tasks:
  • Handling service calls, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all service calls, tool inventories, and repair activities.
  • Coordinating with the After Sales Support Executive for the seamless issuance of invoices related to service calls, repair work, and replacement parts.
  • Supporting the Head of After Sales and After Sales Support Executive in the efficient scheduling of daily service operations.
  • Providing prompt, proactive, and exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitating and responding to all internal meeting requests in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the Logistics Executive with inventory management, including stock checks and maintaining spare parts.
  • Supporting logistics operations, including delivery of new equipment, receipt of goods, and local transportation arrangements.
  • Ensuring the showroom is consistently well-maintained, with all equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
