Our organization is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of product quality. As a key member, you will play a critical role in our quality assurance team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation and data control systems.
- Analyze internal and external quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate quality problems reported by customers, production, and QC teams, and implement containment actions and permanent solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential nonconformities related to internal processes and products.
- Implement effective controls on reject areas for nonconforming materials/products.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily, with necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to coordinate engineering change/production part approval processes.
- Oversee the generation of QA work instructions/procedures and part inspection plans.
- Stay up-to-date with customer requirements and adapt them to all relevant departments.
