Role Profile:
The Business Development Manager plays a vital role in identifying and assessing new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client and contract requirements.
This involves collaborating with Airswift departments to develop and implement business strategies, manage local registrations, company setups, and in-country operations.
Main Duties:
- Determine new business prospects and evaluate their viability and potential.
- Develop and implement business strategies in coordination with other Airswift teams, adhering to client and contractual specifications.
- Close collaboration with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to efficiently allocate resources and oversee the transfer of new opportunities.
- Liaise with satellite offices and contribute to operational success from a business development standpoint.
- Manage tender submissions and responses in coordination with Departmental Managers.
- Regularly update senior management on progress toward agreed objectives.
