**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an exceptional Equipment Support Professional to deliver top-notch service support to our customers.

This role involves installing, commissioning, calibrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing scientific and analytical analyzer systems at customer sites.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and high-quality service support to customers by maintaining strong relationships.
  • Install, commission, and calibrate equipment, ensuring seamless performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, resolving them efficiently.
  • Train end-users and distributors on effective equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and regional technical teams to support customer needs and coordinate service delivery.

**Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific or analytical instrumentation.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
