Customer Support Specialist Job Description

To ensure seamless equipment performance, we are looking for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support during field visits.

Key responsibilities include delivering customer-centric support, managing installation, repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal functionality. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in field servicing with a strong background in refrigeration systems and compressed air equipment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in field servicing with proficiency in mechanical or electrical engineering. Familiarity with hands-on installation and removal of valve and pipe fittings is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment efficiently. English literacy is essential.
  • Minimum qualification: professional certificate (NiTEC) / technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
