On-Site Work Coordinator

- This role involves overseeing the execution of work on site and ensuring it progresses smoothly.
- Liaising with consultants to submit and approve materials and shop drawings is a key responsibility.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, programming, and monitoring work progress on site, as well as coordinating inspections with the Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
- Technical and engineering problems on site will need to be handled by the Site Operations Manager, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to proper site work procedures.
- Monitoring subcontractors' work and managing and controlling workers are essential aspects of this role.
- Closely supervising ongoing site activities and performing other assigned tasks by the organization as needed is also a requirement.
