About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of overall site works with sub-contractors and other related trades to ensure safe work execution.

  • The successful candidate will identify and resolve all problems that arise on site.
  • You will assist the Project Manager in organizing and deploying resources and materials for the project.
  • Attending to site matters and complaints related to project sites is also a key responsibility.
  • You will prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and necessary documents to consultants for approval.
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors and solving technical problems are also essential duties.
  • The role involves monitoring progress and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.
  • You must supervise and ensure that works are in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
  • E nsuring site safety and proper execution of site work procedures on site is also crucial.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field.
