Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall delivery of the workstream with the Data program on FFP.
  • Play the role of Product Owner in an Agile development methodology to define the strategy and prioritize the book of work for the workstream.
  • Collaborate with senior accountable executives and their delivery teams to enable process changes.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data requirements capture.
  • Partner with Data Technical leads and architects to design and build solutions to meet requirements.
  • Deliver data solutions on time and to quality to meet downstream process deliverables.
  • Oversee the resource profile of the workstream, balancing permanent, contract, and consultant resources.
  • Manage the RFP and selection process for consultants, define success criteria, and ensure delivery against a fixed price.
  • Run the operational cadence of the workstream, including weekly oversight meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
  • Own the product roadmap for the workstream and integrate it into the program plan, locking in dependencies with other workstreams.
  • Prepare and present materials for design authority and steering committee forums.
  • Implement a comms strategy for senior leader and stakeholder updates.
  • Oversee test strategy and execution for the workstream.
  • Accountable for development of the overall data architecture.
  • Budget and cost management for the workstream, ensuring value for money and maximization of benefits.
Key Requirements:
  • Responsible for the overall successful delivery of the workstream with the Data program on FFP.
  • Establish data quality rules engine, data consistency checks, and data quality issue tracking for all data onboarded to the data lake.
  • Establish and run effective governance for senior leadership to make key decisions on design and timelines.
  • Team management – establish a high-performing squad across various technology and business teams.
  • Comms strategy defined and implemented with key business partnerships established with global process owners.
