Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Franchise Director to lead our high-growth Emerging Asia markets, including India. This is a dynamic role that requires a commercial leader with a strong track record in managing franchise or distributor partnerships in India.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in partner-led commercial models with end-to-end P&L accountability. They will also have industry experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or other consumer categories, and regional experience across Asia with an in-depth execution track record in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commercial results and full P&L performance across franchise markets in Emerging Asia, developing and managing strategic franchise partnerships, leading a regional team of key account and commercial managers, and collaborating with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to drive cross-functional enablement and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in managing franchise or distributor partnerships in India
  • Proven leadership in partner-led commercial models with end-to-end P&L accountability
  • Industry experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or other consumer categories
  • Regional experience across Asia with an in-depth execution track record in India
