Marketing & Communications Executive (7-month contract)

This role reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager, supporting various PR and communication activities for GMT Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing and PR activities for GMT Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Gather qualitative editorial support and photoshoots through engagement at different levels across various outreach plans
  • Collaborate with the TMM team to review lightbox rotations and window animation proposals to ensure alignment of visual and communication strategy
  • Support the execution of events, exhibitions, POS openings, coordinating activities with the marketing, commercial, and retailer teams of PPSA
  • Coordinate with the commercial team on the delivery of watches to support events
  • Coordinate with the TMM team and execute activities for POS openings
  • Prepare press releases, advertising materials, publications, invitations, and post-event reports of press, retailer, and institutional events
  • Assist in processing invoices and budget monitoring and reporting
  • Support retailers' events and service centers with gifts, packaging, and publishing materials, monitoring and managing related inventory
  • Translate documents from French to English

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, preferably with relevant marketing and visual merchandise experience
  • Knowledge of communication/marketing principles and commercial logic
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to coordinate third-party vendors' requirements, deliverables, and budgets (agencies, contractors, and retailers)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in French is a must
  • Available for a 7-month contract (January to July 2025)
