About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead Team CTO Strategy Implementation, focusing on achieving stability, effectiveness and growth.

This is a pivotal role that involves identifying and leading transformation projects across all functions within the team, as well as collaborating with other departments.

You'll be responsible for maintaining clear progress narratives, risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment and cohesion among stakeholders and project contributors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Implementing Team CTO Strategy to achieve desired outcomes
  • Identifying leads and contributors for transformation projects
  • Maintaining clear narratives on progress, risks and opportunities
