Job Description

As a Performance and Goals Management Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules for both new and existing clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications
  • Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and ensure successful data migration and go-live
  • Train business users and provide post-go-live support and optimization
  • Ensure alignment with Employee Central and other integrated modules (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Succession)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support
  • Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred)
  • Strong understanding of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of PMGM
  • Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ready to adapt in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields
  • Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, Learning, or Succession is an advantage
