We are seeking an experienced Strategic People Development Lead to join our team at Monks. As a key member of our global HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by establishing and driving operations and people strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business partnering, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR function or equivalent degree and experience. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be an articulate leader with high EQ, and have a natural ability to inspire and motivate others.

In this role, you will oversee all things HR, working closely with HR generalists and regional People Hubs to execute on people initiatives. You will also coach, mentor, and develop individuals to provide high-level support to employees, partner with senior leaders to understand needs and establish priorities for the team, and oversee employee relations issues and investigations.

You will be responsible for establishing ways of working to do more with less, nimble execution, and high collaboration, taking the lead in ensuring comprehensive operational policies are in place, staff have been trained, and compliance is verified. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements to strengthen the delivery and execution of our HR programs, operations, and services that enhance our employee experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
