Job Title: Part-time Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time beverage specialist at a vibrant cafe in the East Coast area.

  • Welcome customers warmly and effectively communicate the cafe's menu offerings, answering questions with enthusiasm and knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in brewing methods, beverage blends, and light food preparation to consistently deliver high-quality products.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks by following standardized recipes and techniques.
  • Maintain inventory levels by replenishing supplies, managing stock, and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ensure the cafe remains clean and well-maintained, including the dining area, display shelves, workspaces, and equipment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and various payment processing methods efficiently and accurately.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week, with additional shifts welcome. Shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
