About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective governance of HR policies and procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Audit Support
  • Assist AD, HR in all external and internal audits on Human Resource.
  • Coordinate responses for HR to address recommendations made by the external auditor and MOHH Group Internal Audit teams.
  • Policy Development
  • Assist and perform audit checks according to the HR Governance Annual Work Plan.
  • Coordinate the HR Annual Policy Review Exercise, which includes update of the HR Policy Directory and repository maintenance of policies and forms.
  • Risk Management
  • Assist in managing the Cluster Risk Registers in RI-SYS and the annual review of the Cluster HR Risk Registers.
  • Skills Enhancement
  • Collaborate with various HR Centre of Excellence (COE) to develop SOPs for key HR processes.
  • Assist in providing guidance to HR Business Partners on governance matters, be the consultant for matters on HR policies owned by HR Governance.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified, have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance, audit or compliance, preferably in a large-scale complex environment.
  • Experience in developing SOPs using appropriate tools.
  • Experience in using data analytics tool (Tableau).
