  • Develop, disseminate, and execute professional education programs to support people development internally and externally.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business leadership priorities.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Optometry/Opticianry with 3+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Registration with the Optometrist and Optician Board (OOB).
  • Experience in training and development areas is a plus.
  • Solid clinical and technical knowledge in optometry and optics with the ability to stay up-to-date.
