**Responsibilities**:

- Develop require local training programs with respects to the global training & development framework
- Consult with Management and establish training plan according to RASCI and manages in Learning Link
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information
- Set up and train location specialist (Train the Trainer) which are certified SOJT for the STC organisation
- Conduct local training needs and assessments to identify training skill & knowledge gaps
- Partner with Global Training Manager to wider training & development Academy team regarding training needs
- Maintain curriculum datebase and training records via Learning Link
- Build annual training programs and prepare training plans for local employees
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their results
- Acclimates new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior through adoption of Kirkpatrick training evaluation principles
- Periodically evaluates ongoing training programs to ensure that they remain accurate and relevant to the target audience
- Evaluates trainee’s performance and develop assessment instructions

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma or Degree
- Proven working experience as Training Coordinator, Trainers or equivalent
- Prior experiences in design and develop training materials & course development
- Hands-on experience in coordinating or executing trainings
- Basic understanding of principles of adult learning
- Knowledge of learning management system
- Ability to complete full training cycle (from assess needs, plan develop, coordinate, deliver, monitor & evaluate)
- Strong in communication skills
- Proficient in Ms Office
