Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

XHS is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing campaigns and grow our brand presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage with Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Create high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with social media influencers and KOLs to amplify our brand message and expand our reach.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to track the success of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese social media culture, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize performance data.
  • Familiarity with influencer/KOL marketing.
