Empower your career with a leading telecommunications provider. As an Access Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative services to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational processes to support DWDM and voice operations.

You will lead in troubleshooting and root cause analysis during incidents, manage service status and escalations, and coordinate updates and communications with management and users.

Additionally, you will manage contracts and relationships with third-party vendors, from selection and RFP to contracting.

Support, implement, troubleshoot and manage on-prem and virtualised IT infrastructure for DWDM, voice operations and mobile servers to ensure stability, cyber-security and performance.

Strong communication skills across many teams and cultures as well as reporting to various government regulatory departments are essential.

Provide expert IT support for end-users, both in-office and remotely. Train engineers/users on new processes, solutions and IT policies.

A strong understanding of IT integration, cybersecurity and deployment is required. Experience and knowledge in transmission equipment, such as SDH, DWDM, GPON, MSAN, MD/ONU/, SIP IAD, CE) would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
