The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5 years of experience, preferably supporting senior executives.
Expertise in IT systems is required. This includes knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, TCP/IP, LAN technologies, server administration (Windows/Linux), and Cisco devices configuration. Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or JIRA Service Desk is also necessary.
