Strategic Financial Partner

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to fill a key position in our organization. As a strategic financial partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial leadership and support to senior management, driving strategic planning, resource allocation, and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop and oversee robust financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and local reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the preparation of market budgets and long-range plans, guaranteeing adherence to reporting requirements.
  • Integrate forecast and actual data into financial reporting systems and management reports, maintaining alignment with reporting standards.
  • Deliver actionable financial insights to drive business growth, including detailed analysis of profit and loss statements, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Pursue enhancements to planning and reporting processes to boost efficiency.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role within commercial organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industries.
  • A proven track record in managing financial operations, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated experience as a trusted business partner to senior management.
  • Effective stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
