Research and Development Support Specialist

This role is critical to the success of our agricultural R&D initiatives. As a Research and Development Support Specialist, you will be an integral member of our Agri-Technology team, responsible for delivering high-quality support to enhance crop yields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain field trials and controlled-environment experiments to optimize crop development.
  • Collect and record data on vegetable growth and development, analyzing results to inform future research directions.
  • Compile and maintain experimental data for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Assist with upkeep of experimental plots, greenhouses, or growth chambers to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Provide support for routine operations, including maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues that may arise during experiments.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in crop research, nursery operations, or cultivation, with a strong passion for agricultural innovation.
  • Ability to work comfortably both indoors and outdoors, with flexibility to support research timelines as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of digital tools beneficial but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
