Caregiver and Maternal Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The role of a Caregiver and Maternal Support Specialist is to provide high-quality care and support to new mothers and their babies. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services to infants including bathing, changing diapers, and assisting with feeding.
  • Monitor the overall health and well-being of infants and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Support breastfeeding mothers by providing guidance and resources on optimal nutrition and hydration practices.
  • Assist parents in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions such as anxiety and depression.
