Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Surgical Operations to lead our surgical department and drive excellence in patient care, safety, and efficiency.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the surgical department, ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, reduce wait times, and enhance overall departmental performance.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of surgical procedures, from pre-operative preparation to post-operative care.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging staff to share best practices and contribute to innovation.

Requirements
* A degree in management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in surgery or a related area.
* Proven track record of success in driving process improvements, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
