Marine Electronics Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Electronics Installation Specialist to manage the design and installation of marine electronics and communications equipment/services onboard shipping vessels.
About the Role- Supporting implementation, assembly, design, testing with system or project Engineers.
- Carrying out installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting of navigation, IT, SCADA, communication systems and equipment in workshop assembly and onsite.
- Assisting and/or carrying out Factory Acceptance Test & Site Acceptance Test with clients.
- Contributing necessary improvements and offering advice about operational procedures.
- Working with the team to investigate problems and diagnose and repair faults, if any, in order for the equipment to work to its specifications.
- Helping out in timely and accurate reports, documentation, timesheets, service reports as per company/client format for submission and reporting.
- Working with the Service Department to resolve enquiries, if required.
- Able to work under tight schedules and minimum supervision.
- Able to travel at short notice.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.
We are a Maritime-centric Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronics and communications equipment/services and integration services for the commercial marine and offshore industries in Asia and Europe regions.
