Job Title: Marine Electronics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Marine Electronics Technician to support the implementation of marine electronics and communications equipment/services onboard shipping vessels.

  • This role involves working with system or project Engineers on implementation, assembly, design, and testing tasks.
  • You will be responsible for installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of Navigation, IT, Scada, Communication systems, and equipment in workshop assemblies and onsite.
  • In collaboration with the team, you will assist with Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests with clients.
  • You will contribute necessary improvements and offer advice about operational procedures.
  • Work with the team to investigate problems and diagnose and repair faults in order for the equipment to work to its specifications.
  • Help out in timely and accurate reports, documentation, timesheets, service reports as per company/client format for submission and reporting.
  • Work with the Service Department to resolve enquiries, if required.
