Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to anchor our region's strategic initiatives in advancing scientific innovation, capital coordination, and multilateral governance across the Asia-Pacific region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the regional launch and integration of our scientific programs, capital alliance platform, and multilateral interface from a Singapore base of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and operate APAC Regional Node: Activate the regional host entity for GRA and GRF in full compliance with Singaporean and APAC legal, regulatory, and nonprofit statutes.
  • Mobilize Capital and Strategic Alliances: Design and execute a regional capital strategy, securing multilateral funding, sovereign partnerships, ESG-aligned capital, and philanthropic investment.
  • Expand Membership and Institutional Ecosystem: Lead onboarding of founding members across government agencies, financial institutions, academia, multilateral agencies, and private sector partners.
  • Lead Regional Strategy and Infrastructure Deployment: Implement Nexus Ecosystem foresight systems and DRF/DRI deployment across regional corridors in alignment with SDGs, the Sendai Framework, and regional priorities.
