Job Title: Senior Commercial Professional

About This Role:

This role involves overseeing the commercial team to ensure effective contract and tender management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tendering, RFQs, and contract negotiations.

  • Manage and coordinate commercial activities, including preparing and attending KPI reports, monthly HOD reports, and monthly commercial reports.
  • Review and update commercial SOPs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist the CEO in selecting incoming RFQs and assigning them to the commercial team.
  • Assist the commercial team on tender processes, including negotiating settlements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Build relationships with clients and establish new contacts to promote business growth and development.
  • Attend daily and weekly commercial meetings to provide updates and insights on commercial activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, quantity surveying, or a related field.
  • Certifications related to contract management, procurement, or project management are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial management, contracts, or procurement, with a strong background in tendering, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in compliance, financial reporting, and ERP systems, with leadership experience in managing commercial teams.
