As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in implementing product marketing strategies that align with our global product strategy. Your primary objective is to drive sales and services for respective products by executing annual marketing plans in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans focused on driving business development for defined markets.
  • Implement the product marketing strategy in assigned areas/segments, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning.
  • Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining improvement plans as needed.
  • Focus on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 5 years experience in the Electrical / Energy Management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
