Culinary Operations Associate

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with 5S and HACCP regulations within the culinary department. This position requires an individual who can take ownership of their tasks, work independently, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times, adhering to established protocols for cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, training sessions, and employee performance appraisals.
  • Participate in regular quality control checks to guarantee that all food products meet the required standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills and experience may also be considered.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative to drive team productivity and achieve goals.
