Job Title: Culinary Associate

Culinary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary associate to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with company standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and cooking assigned dishes to meet menu requirements
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen area, including processing equipment and cooking utensils
- Processing food according to company and government regulations
- Filling in as needed in any area of the kitchen

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least 2-5 years of experience as a chef. Food hygiene certification is also required. Additionally, applicants must be able to communicate effectively, be a team player, and possess a cheerful and self-motivated attitude with a positive working environment. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and work night shifts, split shifts, and public holidays/weekends if necessary.

Desirable Skills:
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and practices
