Customer Operations Manager

Serve as a key liaison between customers and technical support teams to ensure seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operational issues, customer needs, and technical requirements to deliver timely resolutions.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with internal customers by identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Represent customer interests to post-sales support teams and relevant stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee case management to ensure efficient resolution, provide regular updates, and communicate status reports to customers and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Educate customers on company processes and procedures to foster effective working relationships.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in customer support and project management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills to engage customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage cross-functional resources to solve complex customer issues.
  • Familiarity with software applications used for reporting and research to inform decision-making.
  • ITIL certification and basic technical/networking knowledge, preferably CCNA certified.
