SAP HCM Payroll Systems Specialist

SAP HCM Payroll Leads configure, design, develop and maintain SAP Payroll projects. They provide consultancy services specializing in ERP products to ensure quality of services and achieve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain SAP Payroll HR application support
- Provide timely payment solutions for over 190K employees
- Customize payroll schemas, rules and calculations to comply with local tax, regulatory and legal requirements
- Investigate reported problems/errors and initiate amendments and testing
- Propose effective work-arounds or alternative solutions and oversee their implementation
- Manage changes to configurable items and conduct review and integration testing
- Past experience in the Payroll Module (PCR, Schema, Wage Types, etc.)
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience implementing/maintaining consulting pre-sales or as end-user using these products
- Good analytical skills to quickly establish cause of system issue reported
- Good interpersonal skills to work with others to resolve problems
- Familiarity with incident management and problem-solving methodologies
- Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Mathematics
- Additional certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate are advantageous
