Lead Kitchen Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering and experience with kitchen appliances.
The Senior Technical Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing kitchen equipment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Deep cleaning of exhaust systems
- Handling power trips in outlets
- Performing 24-hour standby duties
The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues with electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigerator systems. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with kitchen appliances and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
