Job Title: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Lead
Job DescriptionWe are a leading provider of commercial kitchen equipment solutions, trusted by clients such as hospitals and F&B establishments for our reliable products and responsive service. As our business expands, we are looking for a capable and motivated Service Manager to lead our service team in installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily service operations including job scheduling, technical support, and inventory control. They will also act as the key contact for customers regarding service issues and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and maintaining high service standards.
Our Service Manager will work closely with the sales and project teams to provide technical advice when needed, leveraging their knowledge of project or contract management in the maintenance industry. A strong organizational skillset and self-motivation are essential for this role, alongside excellent leadership and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in servicing commercial kitchen equipment
- Experience in hotel, hospital, and kitchen operations is an advantage
- Familiarity with electrical systems and inventory control software
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
